Lant and Bittern TRA is formed!

Borough and Bankside blocks unite

Tenant and resident associations are the voices of their local communities. The more members there are, the louder the voice. So the new Lant and Bittern Streets Association should carry more volume than most. The Lant, Bittern, Trundle and Redman blocks are all very close to Borough tube station. Issues affecting one building are sure to affect the others too so it makes perfect sense to unite residents, which total over 400 people, to tackle common issues. The Queensborough hall (pictured) is the perfect place for the larger numbers attending meetings,

The resident involvement team will continue to support the new association and look forward to setting up more tenant and resident associations in Borough and Bankside before the end of the year. Southwark Council wishes the Lant and Bittern Streets Association the very best.
